One application - many assignments
We have numerous evaluation assignments running parallel worldwide. As a MzN International consultants, you will have access to large pool of upcoming assignments worldwide. Whenever possible, we will consider your geographic and timing preferences. Successful applicants will be contacted with suitable and upcoming assignments over the next few months. 

Essential skills & experience
  • Proven experience, minimum 5 years, in conducting quality evaluations and assessing the suitability and effectiveness of PFM programmes worldwide.
  • We evaluate the full range of PFM programmes, including budget execution, public participation, revenue mobilisation, etc. We also conduct PEFA assessments. 
  • Proven track record in and solid knowledge of PEFA and/or suitable progamme evaluation techniques
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience, skills and knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies in the field working with frontline national staff on an inter-agency basis
  • Experience and knowledge  development issues at practitioner level
  • Higher university degree in relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Additional Language/s is an advantage
  • Sensitivity to gender, protection and cultural issues
  • Ability to lead and work with a team under pressure to meet deadlines and produce agreed deliverables to standard.
  • The evaluator must be independent, but collaborative, willing to share thoughts, ideas, and make constructive criticism.
  • Availability to meet the agreed deadlines
